Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 15 days of receipt and we will happily issue a refund or credit note. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.

Refunds:

Once the returned items reach us, we will process it as soon as possible. You will be notified via email about your refund status. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days to receive. We can not give precise times on when you will get your money back. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order.
